Description: The Kelley Pecan Orchard, located in Roswell, New Mexico, is comprised of 10.2 surface acres upon which there is an elegant two-story 5,400 square foot colonial plantation style residence. To support the orchard operation is a 1,800 square foot metal frame maintenance shop that is fully insulated with a concrete floor. The structure is easily accessed by two 12-foot roll up doors. The shop has both 110 volt and 220 volt electricity with electric overhead lights.
