The Jackson Ranch is situated in some of the best year around cattle country that
the New Mexico has to offer. The ranch is located in southeastern New Mexico
approximately 40 miles northwest of Roswell, New Mexico, all within northern
Chaves County. Roswell is a city of approximately 50,000 people and can offer

include blue, black and sideoats grama with tobosa flats and giant sacaton overflow
areas along the Macho Draw and Four Mile Draw. The Macho and Four Mile are
wet weather drainage that carries rainfall runoff during the rainy season.
The ranch is pasture and boundary fenced to control livestock. The pasture design
is partitioned into three larger pastures and one smaller pasture or holding trap.
Livestock and domestic water is provided by two wells and a buried water pipeline
system. All pastures have at least two sources of permanent water along with
several earthen tanks and diversions. All areas of the ranch are accessible by
vehicle.
Improvements consist of one residence, which has been completely remodeled
within the last several years, a metal shop building, welded pipe pens and livestock
